I purchased my spa from Dolphin Pool and Spa and they have really taken care of my needs. Love the people, very customer focused, I drive 20 minutes to buy my supplies and get my water tested because of their knowledge and customer service. I could save time by going to a closer location, but I prefer Dolphin Pool and Spa.

We first started working on replacing our existing hot tub with Kylie at Dolphin Pools & Bullfrog Spas when we were in town in February. We are upgrading the hot tub at our vacation home and were able to continue to work with Kylie from our full time home in PA based on the information she provided while we were there and that she continued to provide once we were back in PA. We completed our purchase for our new tub in April and are very pleased with the final results. This was primarily due to the communication with Kylie. I use Dolphin Pools& Spas for all my hot tub requirements, including chemicals and mechanicals. My Bullfrog Spa is 15 years old and still like new. Dolphin has replaced the motor, heater, and cover over the years. They were always prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I will need another cover this summer and Dolphin will sell and install it. I am a heavy user, almost every night, and am amazed it has lasted this long. Thank you Dolphin.

I purchased my Bullfrog Spa at Dolphin about 5 years ago. The Hot tub has been a wonderful investment. It is the most efficient one on the market so running it has been inexpensive. I haven’t had any problems with our Hot Tub and it has given us many hours of pleasure and therapy. I highly recommend the Bullfrog Spa and Dolphin as well.

Great customer service from our initial visit to the delivery. We had a unique location for our tub that was not accessible via crane or standard delivery methods and were about to work out a solution. The jet pack testing allowed us to pick out the specific jets that worked best for our needs. The overall aesthetics of the tub look very nice compared to others. Its great to support a local company and even better when they offer a superior product.
